Job Summary

Working within a learning college environment, this position provides one-stop enrollment services to new and continuing students at the Black Mountain campus. This includes areas of admissions, registration, records, cashier, recruitment, and both placement and instructional testing. Ability to assist students, parents, and campus community with admissions, registration, testing, advisement, financial aid, cashiering, and appropriate referrals to other-related student services along with assisting new students with all aspects of using student online resources. Also assist with the recruitment of new students to the campus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
Essential Functions
45% – Greets and assists new and continuing students with all enrollment services and processes including but not limited to admissions, placement testing, assist with academic advisement, registration, fiscal functions, financial aid, residency, graduation, special needs, and referrals to appropriate college programs and services; works with multiple students simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; provides assistance at the Welcome Desk, Contact Center, Front Counter, Self-Service areas, and other campus locations, as needed, following established policies and procedures; makes outgoing telephone calls and assists with answering incoming telephone calls and incoming emails.
30% – Collects, inputs, modifies and verifies student information into online Student Information System, including admissions, class registration, residency, transcripts, graduation requirements; posts transfer credits, calling/emailing/sending message threads and/or emails to students; assists with managing maximum timeframe and student academic progress appeals; responds to enrollment verifications; troubleshoots and identifies solutions to student enrollment-related questions and problems; processes documentations/requests using Dynamic forms for residency, domiciles, ID authentication, student admission forms, etc.; Online Class Permissions; QLess, CRM, and maintains electronic databases.Hiring Paraprofessionals for Classrooms in CCUSD Now!

20% – Assists with outreach efforts and the recruitment of new students to the campus.
10% – Assist faculty with student services and instructional services, assists Site Manager with site specific needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in business administration, education or directly related field, and one year of experience assisting with educational program development and coordination, student advisement, financial aid, or related student development programs.
OR
An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered.

Job Summary This position will perform receptionist and routine secretarial duties in providing support for the day-to-day operation of the Administration Office at Paradise Valley Community College. This includes general clerical duties such as document preparation, filing, copying, mailing, distributing office mail, organizing workroom and supplies.

The position will also be responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors; directing and providing a variety of information to visitors regarding the activities and functions of the college; screening and routing phone calls; maintaining conference room schedule and may be asked to assist with special events.

In addition, duties include covering support staff absences as needed, scheduling appointments and meetings as requested as well as performing other duties and projects as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

  1. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  2. Experience answering phones, rouging calls, and messages

  6. Competence with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, internet, Windows and/or Apple platforms
  7. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through on tasks

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager for the Kid’s Club Before and After-school Program at Lone Mountain Elementary School.

Kid’s Club is a quality program offered at all five elementary schools in CCUSD. Students have the ability to choose from a variety of centers to explore their interests as well as expand on their education in an open ended child centered environment.

The position oversees all aspects of the daily operations of the program. They must maintain daily schedules, supervise and mentor all staff assisting in the program as well ensure compliance of the Arizona Department of Health.
